Kids Makers Market Fall
Come support young makers aged 6 - 17! And bring your kid to the 'Craft Room' for only $5.00. Afternoon classes available! Kids: Register to sell your handmade art or culinary treats for humans or pets. Bring your own table or rent one. Please Register only if your child wants to participate.

About the Event
Come to Gallery 46 and the Art Learning Center at Mid-City Artisans' & see what some of the best of Baton Rouge's young makers aged 6 - 17 have been making. They would love to sell the many kinds of items they have created. Many items rival those made by adults! Some of the kids donate all or a portion of their sales to various charities so your support is crucial, not only to them but also others. They are also looking for your encouragement!
Bring your kids to see what the other kids are making and then let them spend some time in the 'Craft Room' for only a $5.00 entry fee (cash paid at the door.) They will get to experience several different art forms and crafts and will leave with something they made.
You can also sign up your kids for one of two afternoon art classes (1 pm - 2:30) while you shop, enjoy any of several nearby restaurants, or run an errand. Classes will be $40 and last 1.5 hours. You can register online or at the market.
But most of all stop by and suppport what they are doing! Let's encourage our future generations!
If you are, or know a young person who handmakes most any kind of art form or are young chefs, you need to be participating! Please register for a low cost table space appropriate to the art. (Purchase a Table rental ticket in addition to the space ticket to ease your set up and take down.) The kids handle and keep all their sales. We will now have both outside and inside spaces available and you select the space you want! The outside spaces will draw in additional visitors and may increase your sales!
These markets tend to fill up quickly so sign them up soon!
Please note that refunds are not available for no-shows and cancellations. Sorry, but this is due to the processing fees we have to pay for the initial payment and for a refund.
This event occurs on the 2nd Saturday of the last month of each quarter so sign up early.

Outdoor Art/Ceramics Vendor
Only purchase if your child will bring their own table and be selling things. (This ticket is for use of the spot in the market which is large enough for a 6 foot table and a couple of chairs.) (Adult supervision is required for any child under 12 years of age.) Note: Table & chair rental is available for your added convenience if you choose! 15 of the vendor spaces are located outside for added visibility for sales! Contact us if you have any indoor/outdoor preference.

Only purchase if your child will be selling things. This ticket is for the use of a table and 2 chairs. (They will be set up for you and labeled with your name for the event.) Child will be responsible for table cover and any signage or decorations. (Adult supervision required for any child under 12 years of age.) (You MUST purchase the VENDOR SPACE ticket prior to this rental purchase of table and chairs.)
